3.0 Whole House Fan For homes up to 4500 sq. ft. the AirScape 3.0 delivers the high airflow required for larger homes
while maintaining the low-noise profile that AirScape is famous for. In fact, this is both our most powerful AND
our quietest unit. How is this possible? An exceptionally robust industrial-grade fan, isolated through a noise-deadening
ducted design puts the 3.0 in a class all by itself. It’s more expensive to build, and requires a little more energy
to run, but the performance—in terms of both airflow and noise—is truly exceptional. Plus, the 3.0 is low-speed-adjustable,
straight-forward to install and comes with a hi-flow grill that minimizes noise and looks as unobtrusive as it sounds.
Key FeaturesExceptionally high power, incredibly low noiseWhile
all AirScape fans deliver high power and low noise, the 3.0 sets new standards in both. The unique ducted design and powerful
18-inch fan work together to raise the bar in terms of performance/noise ratio. The amount of air this unit moves is impressive,
and the noise level at which it does this is even more impressive. You really need to feel it and hear it to believe it. Over-the-top build qualityAgain, while exceptional
engineering and build quality is a foundational feature of all AirScape units, the 3.0 takes this philosophy a step further,
with heavy industrial-grade components that are rare in the consumer market. The shipping weight of this unit is over 80 lbs;
the fan alone, with its cast-aluminum motorized impeller, weighs nearly 30 lbs. Every aspect of this unit is built to a rigorous
specification suitable to demanding industrial applications. The AirScape whole house fan has been selected
for the San Francisco Sunset Idea Home, one of the first LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental
Design) certified remodels in the country.
Two-speed operation
On high speed, you get a whopping 3000 CFM to cool your house
down fast without sounding like a jet engine. Set to low, the 3.0 runs virtually silent—all you’ll hear is air
whooshing quietly through the cube core grill. Adjustable low-speed settingAlso, the low-speed setting is user-adjustable, so you can tweak it according to your tastes and
installation requirements to achieve maximum low-speed flow rates while maintaining near-silent noise levels. Excellent energy efficiencyAt full power, the AirScape
3.0 uses just 360 watts of power, a small fraction of the energy used by an A/C compressor. While the ducted design requires
more energy than our other models, the 3.0 is still very efficient. If you are comparison shopping, you’ll see that
the 3.0 uses significantly less power than competitive whole house fans in terms of CFM/Watt. Automatic heavy-duty dampersA key drawback with traditional
whole house fans was air leakage between the attic and living spaces. This could result in dirty attic air entering your home,
and, in cold climates, warm, and moist indoor air entering the attic and causing water damage through condensation. Properly
installed, the 3.0 takes care of this problem with an automatic, industrial-quality damper operated by a commercial-grade
actuator. When the fan is off, your attic is sealed tight. So attic air NEVER leaks into your living
space, and warm air never condenses in your attic. Premium Cube Core
grillThe 3.0 comes with a premium high-flow grill that minimizes air movement
noise through the grill. These high-performance grills look great too, so your system looks as unobtrusive as it sounds. Maintenance-free operationThe German-engineered sealed
motor never requires lubrication. And the only other moving part is the heavy-duty door actuator which is also maintenance-free.
All mechanical parts are accessible and can be serviced or replaced without removing the entire unit. 3-year warranty backed by professional supportNot only
are the units guaranteed for 3 years, but they’re backed by our professional technical support. If you have a problem
with your unit — or just a question — you’ll get prompt, knowledgeable responses from real engineers. Guaranteed. Wireless remote option Makes installation even easier with no wiring to run to the switch. Nice to have for
convenient operation too!

Wireless Remote
Make your AirScape WHF
easier to install and more convenient to use with the wireless remote kit. No need to fish wiring to a wall switch; just plug
in the unit and you’re ready to go. Works with 3.0 WHF,
1.7 WHF, and 1.0 WHF units. Controls both on/off and high/low from up

Quiet as the evening breeze. Almost as green. For millennia, man has harnessed
natural ventilation to keep his dwellings cool. Yet the contemporary house ignores this idea, relying instead on creating
a sealed and (expensively) conditioned environment. Whole house fans use modern technology to bring the ancient wisdom of
natural ventilation to your home.
1.7 Whole House Fan
Key FeaturesHigh power, low noiseThe
1.7 WHF uses four quiet, energy-efficient, high-precision fans that operate at a moderate RPM.
A competitive unit uses just 2 fans, which need to operate at higher RPM to create the same airflow.
Of course, higher RPMs mean more noise. Plus, the unique door design on the 1.7 delivers extra noise dampening through careful
sound-wave management and soft fiberglass insulation. The end result is less noise, without sacrificing CFM.
Two-speed operation
At high-speed, you get class-leading 1700 CFM to cool your
house down fast. At low speed, our unique design provides 1000 CFM of whisper-quiet flow for night-time
operation and is controlled via a wall-mounted switch (included). Outstanding
energy efficiencyEven on high speed, the 1.7 WHF uses just 140 watts of power
— a light bulb or two worth; and a small fraction of the energy used by an A/C compressor. If you are comparison shopping,
you’ll see that the 1.7 uses significantly less power than competitive whole house fans in terms of CFM/Watt.
This whole house fan qualifies for rebates in a growing number of states and municipalities. Please check with your local
utility for more information. Automatic insulating doors
A key drawback with traditional whole house fans was air leakage between the attic and
living spaces. This could result in dirty attic air entering your home, and, in cold climates, warm, and moist indoor air
entering the attic and causing water damage through condensation. Properly installed, the 1.7 WHF takes care of this problem
with automatic, insulated doors that seal tight when the fan is not in use. The door tolerances are machined to an incredible
one five-thousandth of an inch, and are operated by a commercial-grade actuator that seals against an automotive-grade gasket.
So attic air NEVER leaks into your living space, and warm air never condenses in your attic. And
you can just relax and not think about it.
Premium Cube Core grillThe
1.7 WHF comes with a premium high-flow grill that minimizes air movement noise through the grill. These high-performance
grills look great too, so your system looks as unobtrusive as it sounds. Easy
installationWith an exceptionally small footprint, the 1.7 WHF mounts
between standard joists, either 16-inch or 24-inch centers using pre-drilled tabs. It is specifically designed to fit through
its own mounting hole, so no other attic access is required. Equipped with a standard plug and an available remote control,
the unit can be installed with plug and play simplicity.Installs in tandem for larger homes If
your home is over 2500 sq ft, you should consider our new 3000 CFM 3.0 WHF. However, another
option is installing two 1.7s WHF wired to run in tandem, for 3400 CFM of total ventilating
power. Heavy-duty constructionThese fans
are robustly engineered for many years of dependable service. They are built in North America using all-metal construction,
high-quality precision fan units, and heavy-duty industrial door actuators. Maintenance-free
operationThe 1.7 WHF uses four precision computer-room fan units, which
are sealed and never require lubrication. The only other moving part is the heavy-duty door actuator which is also maintenance-free.
All mechanical parts are accessible and can be serviced or replaced without removing the entire unit.

1.0 Whole House Fan

AirScape 1.0
For homes up to 1500 sq. ft. the AirScape 1.0
shares many of the features of the larger 1.7. Also two-speed, it delivers 1000 CFM to cool your
space down fast. At low speed, it delivers 600 CFM of whisper-quiet flow so you can sleep in cool,
fresh, quiet comfort while your house is cooled all through the night — so the next day your house will stay cool longer
Key featuresHigh Power, Low
Noise with Two-speed OperationWhile other fans in this class have just one speed, the AirScape 1.0 gives you two, so you have the flexibility
to choose quieter operation or maximum airflow. On low, you get 600 CFM at a sound level of 2 Sones
(a little more than a modern fridge). On high, you get 1000 CFM at just 3 Sones. Outstanding Energy EfficiencyEven on high speed, the
AirScape 1.0 uses just 70 watts of power — about a single light bulb worth, and a small fraction of the energy used
by an A/C compressor. If you are comparison shopping, you’ll see that the 1.0 uses significantly less power than competitive
whole house fans in terms of CFM/Watt. The AirScape 1.0 qualifies for rebates in a growing number
